Hey, hey team and happy Sunday! I’ve spent this week bed-ridden with a nasty chest infection, BOOOOO but I’m feeling much better now and ready for a very exciting week! How are you all? Let me know and let’s have a lil chit chat. Okay. Let’s dive in.

When I was growing up, it gave me immense piece of mind to see taller celebrities fully owning their height. Seeing them strutting their long legs with pride in front of hundreds of paparazzi enabled me to feel pride within myself. Even now, I absolutely LOVE to follow the long-legged beauties in the public eye who are absolutely killing the game when it comes to owning their height. I wanted to chat with you all today about some of my personal favourite girlies who are serving their tall energy with so much pride and confidence. If they can love their height, so can you.

HANNAH WADDINGHAM

I don’t think there are enough words in the English dictionary to explain my genuine love and admiration for Hannah Waddingham. I am sure most of you will know Hannah from the smash hit show Ted Lasso on Apple TV in which she plays Rebecca Welton. She was also one of this year’s hosts of the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest. I KNOW. SHE IS A SUPERSTAR. My love for Hannah Waddingham has been apparent for many years. Having grown up within the Musical Theatre industry, Hannah’s extensive list of theatre credits were always known to me. She is one of my idols. The reason I fell in love with her and her work wasn’t just because of her kindness and talent but also because of her confidence within her height. Hannah is the same height as me (5’11) and nothing has inspired me more than to see an actress achieve so much success and credibility for her talent and work ethic whilst also carrying herself with so much grace and decorum. I cannot explain how grateful I am to have had her there in front of me whilst I was growing up and learning to accept my height. I can only hope that many younger tall beans can witness her work and talent as they begin to grow into their body confidence and security. ELLIE THUMANN

Ellie Thumann, 21, is a model and social media star who has recently debuted as a Sports Illustrated Rookie for the launch of their new summer collection. I have been watching Ellie’s videos on YouTube for a long time and it has filled me with so much joy seeing her growth in not just herself but also her career. Ellie is also 5’11 (REPRESENT BABY) and she struts down the street like there is no tomorrow. She is an incredibly funny, hard-working and drop-dead GORGEOUS boss ass babe, absolutely killing the game. If I am ever feeling slightly insecure about my height, I think to myself, “your height literally equals a super model, baby you are just fine!” Please check out Ellie’s YouTube channel @Ellie Thumann and her Instagram @elliethumann if you want a giggle or that little extra push of loving your height. ZENDAYA

Let us all rise for our queen and saviour. Miss Zendaya Coleman. I feel extremely blessed to have witnessed her rise to fame on Shake It Up. Many of the iconic songs from the show made an appearance at my 21st birthday party (which featured many Disney Channel hits) Zendaya is admired by so many for not only her many talents but also her confidence and ability to own any room she walks into. When she is walking any red carpet, she is FIERCE and exudes so much elegance and grace. Also, she and Tom Holland are adorable and YES, she is taller than him and WOW does she own it! As a couple, they have broken the norms of the male always being taller than the female. Honestly, who cares how tall you are, if you’re happy then you’ve won. I have always admired Zendaya. She walks down the street, with her shoulders back and she owns EVERY SINGLE INCH of her gorgeous long legs and I hope you will do the exact same thing!
