WITH THAT, THE 2023 SEASON COMES TO AN END.

Hey besties, well, here we are. The final blog post of 2023. This time last year, my god, if you would’ve told me this time last year where I would be now, she would have LAUGHED SO HARD. At the end of each year I always take time to reflect and just remind myself how far I have come this year and to also remind myself of all the exciting things that will happen within the next year to come. I hope you all have had such amazing year. Of course, every year comes with ups and downs and WOW, for me, there have been so many! However, I hope you have all had the best time, made some gorg memories and treated yourself with a lot of kindness.

Let’s do a lil yearly roundup shall we? Well, I started the year in panto land, getting to work with the most gorgeous humans and living my absolute dream. It was a blast. WOW. Towards the end of the run, I received a little message from a certain someone who is now my agent. It truly was one of those, she believed she could so she did, moments. I had worked my little butt off to sign with an agent. Everyone’s journey is so different and when I graduated, it was difficult to not compare my success to other graduates but it really does all come together when it’s supposed to. I am so lucky to have such an incredible relationship with my agent. His kindness and support is next level and we are such a great lil team. It has been a long journey with MANY bumps but I am so excited for the future.

Auditions. Auditions. Auditions. We did many an audition this year, holy shit, with many rejections, however I did get in the room for casting directors I could have only DREAMED of auditioning for when I was at drama school and I am incredibly proud of that. Celebrate the wins people. We ended the year with a bang and I am SO EXCITED for what is to come in 2024. Okay, enough of that career shit, let’s chat about life outside of acting. Firstly, this year has taught me even more how FREAKIN AWESOME my friends are. I legit feel like the luckiest girl in the world when it comes to the friends that I have in my life. The most caring, supportive, generous, BEAUTIFUL people and WOW I love every single one of them so SO much. Re-connecting with people this year has also been one of my biggest priorities and I am so grateful for that. We have made so many memories this year. My 21st birthday was without a doubt a highlight. All my favourite people together under one roof, belting our tits off to Disney Channel and 2000s hits, ugh, the best night. I felt like the luckiest girl in the world.

This year has taught me that having self-confidence does not equal cockiness. Knowing your self-worth and your talent is SO FREAKIN COOL and should not be shamed. Walk down the street with your head held high, feeling like a bad ass bitch and believe in yourself. That’s the main thing. One thing I love to do is create a new alter ego for each audition I do. I highly recommend. Super fun.

Let’s make a promise to ourselves for next year. Stop. Being. So. Mean. To. Yourself. Sometimes, the way I speak to myself is just NOT IT. Imagine your telling those things to your younger self, you just wouldn’t. So why would you say those things to yourself now? Be kind to yourself. Let’s just LIVE. Say yes to that concert. Go eat that pizza. Drink that cocktail. Go on that coffee date with your family. LIFE IS GOOD BABY.

Okay team, have the most gorgeous Christmas and New Year and make the BEST memories. 2024 is going to be AMAZING. I am sending you all so much love and big hugs. If you need a chat, PLEASE send me a message!

Big love, ALWAYS,
